These boats belong to Selway Fisher Design and have been used at Boat Shows and for magazine articles etc and are now surplus to requirement. This
example was built to exhibit at Beale Park 4 years ago and was thoroughly tested
on the local canal but has been little used since. She was made from selected

| Half of the PROSPECTOR 15'8" OPEN CANOE | |

| Again, built
for a boat show this is just one half of our most popular design, the
15'8" Prospector Open Canoe. It is much as you see it above with
little solid woodwork (ie. no gunwales etc and the chine seams have only
been taped on the inside. The half canoe comes with a set of
Prospector plans to mark out the other half planks and to finish the

Used for about 20 hours in
total and kept under cover, this is a neat unit excellent for running
power tools in remote areas - it has been used to power a 240 Volt kiln
and has a 2KW capacity.
